Child Safety Policy
Last updated April 3, 2026
1. Our Commitment
GoldCRM Consulting LLC (doing business as Groupify.org) is committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. Any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including removal of content, suspension of accounts, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Groupify:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or any visual depictions
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including text, illustrations, or AI-generated media
- Solicitation or grooming of minors for sexual purposes
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM or links to such material
- Any communication intended to facilitate the sexual exploitation of a child
- Sextortion or coercion of minors
- Trafficking of minors
3. Detection and Reporting
Groupify actively works to detect and remove CSAM and exploitative content. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we take the following steps:
- Immediately remove the content and suspend the associated account
- Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law
- Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
4. In-App Reporting
Groupify provides an in-app mechanism for users to report content that may violate this policy. Users can flag any post, comment, event, or profile by selecting the "Flag Content" option and choosing "Child Safety Concern (CSAM)" as the reason. All child safety reports are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed promptly.
We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that may endanger children. You do not need to be certain that a violation has occurred — if something concerns you, please report it.
5. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Groupify complies with all applicable child safety laws, including but not limited to:
- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- PROTECT Act (18 U.S.C. § 2252A) — We prohibit all forms of CSAM and report violations to NCMEC.
- CyberTipline Reporting (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) — We submit reports of apparent CSAM to NCMEC as required by federal law.
- EARN IT Act — We follow best practices for preventing, reducing, and responding to online child exploitation.
6. User Accountability
Users who violate this policy will face immediate enforcement action, which may include:
- Immediate removal of violating content
- Permanent suspension of the user's account
- Reporting to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies
- Preservation and disclosure of account information to authorities as required by law
