1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GoldCRM Consulting LLC (doing business as Groupify.org), governing your use of the Groupify website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, signing in, posting content, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Child Safety Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

Groupify has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, upload, share, or transmit any content, and you may not engage in any behavior, that:

  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes any person
  • Sexually exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms minors in any way (see our Child Safety Policy — CSAM is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement)
  • Harasses, threatens, intimidates, stalks, dehumanizes, or bullies any individual or group
  • Contains hate speech or incites violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected status
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous activities
  • Depicts or glorifies graphic violence, gore, or animal cruelty
  • Is defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, deceptive, or knowingly false
  • Promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or stolen goods
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of any other person
  • Contains spam, malware, phishing attempts, or solicitations
  • Impersonates another person or organization, or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone
  • Is otherwise objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate as determined by Groupify in its sole discretion

Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of your account, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable. You acknowledge and agree that Groupify may take any of these actions without prior notice.

3. Reporting Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Groupify provides built-in tools for users to maintain a safe community:

  • Flag content: Any post, comment, event, or profile can be flagged using the "Flag Content" option. Flagged content is removed from the feed immediately and routed to our moderation team for review. We commit to acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
  • Action against abusive users: When a flag is reviewed, our moderators may suspend or permanently ban the responsible user, lock them out of the organization, or take any other action they deem appropriate to protect the community.
  • Email reports: Urgent concerns or reports about a specific user may be sent directly to safety@groupify.org for immediate review.

We encourage you to use these tools whenever you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at safety@groupify.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content to Groupify, you grant Groupify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

6. License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Groupify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services, reverse-engineer the software, or attempt to extract source code, except as expressly permitted by law.

7. Suspension and Termination

Groupify may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including (without limitation) a violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting safety@groupify.org. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GROUPIFY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GROUPIFY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USER-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR LAWFUL.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROUPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF GROUPIFY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the version number above and require you to re-accept the updated Terms. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
