How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Groupify account and all associated personal data, please send an email to deleteaccount@groupify.org.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name as it appears on your Groupify account
• The email address associated with your account
• The name of the organization(s) you are a member of on Groupify

What Happens Next

1. Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
2. Processing: Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days of verification.
3. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your account and data have been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile and account information
• Your membership records in organizations, groups, and families
• Your posts, comments, and survey responses
• Your event RSVPs and sign-up sheet entries
• Push notification tokens and device registrations

Note: Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
